We accept custom orders, according to articles already in the store or other order, shapes, colors and sizes. For these items the details of price, color, size, timing and delivery are supposed to be arranged through convo.

You can find all info about weight, measure and size of every item, but if you do not find what you are looking for please contact me.

Care instructions

Do not use any kind of product on Tiffany item, you need only a cotton clotes to clean it.
Do not wear to swim, or to take shower. Do not wet to keep it at the best.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every item have a special gift package.

Wholesale availability

Most of my creations are OOAK, please contact me to verify if item you choose is available for wholesale, to know times and cost.

Conny's Kreations Privacy Policy

Conny’s Kreations is based in Rome (Italy) and has been selling jewellery on Etsy since 2012. She sells mainly to buyers in Europe and America but offers hers items for sale world-wide.
She use national postal service (POSTE ITALIANE) for shipping her items in all the world and she doesn’t share digital information about her customers.
She use your name and address only for the shipping. She will collect only the shipping receipts in paper format for track the shipping and to track the shipment and proof of expenses incurred.
In case of loss or delay of a shipment, the customer data will be provided to the courier to track the package or request a refund of shipping costs. This only if necessary and if required by the shipping service.
